250 Lawrence Condos is a new luxury residential mid-rise condominium by Graywood Developments in Midtown Toronto. This new pre-construction project is located at 250 Lawrence Ave West east of the affluent Avenue Road and Lawrence Avenue intersection. The project is scheduled for occupancy in 2023.
