88 Queen Condos is a new phase of the successful 88 North Condos by St. Thomas Developments Inc. This mixed-use luxury project will have suites ranging in size from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms.

The developer is meticulous about the design and there is no wasted space in any of the floor plans. All units come with a balcony. The average price per sqft is about $1300/sqft. The building directly to the south of 88 Queen Condos is a 4 storey heritage building so any south-facing units over the 8th floor and up will have great views. The project is approved and there are no rental suites in this tower.

The project will have a total of 4 towers, and it will take over an entire block from Queen Street to Shuter Street. One of the towers (88 North Condos) has almost been completed.
