 Cosmos condos 3 is a new condo project being developed in Vaughan at Highway7. The condo is located a few steps away from the Vaughan Mills. It is situated in the Maplecrete Road in the southwest of highway 7. The condo will consist of 4 proposed towers that will have between 25 and 35 storeys. The project is designed by Kirkor architects and will have a landscaped courtyard and retail outlets. It will also have podiums that will consist of 4-10 storeys. The site on which the condos will be situated on is currently being used for other purposes.
The first phase consists of a 35 storey residential tower with some green roof and plenty of outdoor amenities and spaces. The ground floor will be used for commercial purposes.
Cosmos Condos 3 represents the third phase of the ultra-popular Cosmos Condominium located a few steps from the Vaughan metropolitan Center subway that will become functional in 2017. The third phase is part of the five residential condominium towers that will have between 14- 35 storeys. The tower is expected to include retail, offices and parking spaces.
