
Nobu Residences Toronto is a new pre construction project by Madison Homes. Nobu Residences will house a102-room hotel, approximately 700 condominium residences and a Nobu Restaurant. Nobu Hospitality, a collaboration of Japanese celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Meir Teper, and Hollywood legend – Robert De Niro, will operate the restaurant and hotel component.
The building will be designed by Teeple Architects Inc. for the Madison Group and WEstdale Properties. The base will be a 9 storey podium which will house a heritage building on the south side and will be integrated into the modern build, showcasing the 15,000 sqft restaurant, spread across two floors. Alongside the residences, there will be a signature bar lounge, outdoor seating and chic private dining rooms. On top of that will be the 718 condominium residential suites, designed by Studio Munge.
Nobu Residences will have 4 levels of proposed underground parking for 216 vehicle parking spots located in parking stackers designed to hold two cars per stacker. There are also 885 proposed bicycle parking spaces and there are 5 loading docks on site. There are also a total of 1,768 square metres of indoor amenity space proposed and 594 square metres of outdoor amenity space proposed.
